Through our IMPACT 2030 roadmap, we are committed to reducing our environmental footprint, strengthening our positive impact on our employees and society, while ensuring the highest standards of ethics, compliance, and responsible innovation.

IMPACT 2030: A Renewed CSR Strategy Through 2030

Following the completion of our previous CSR plan (2019–2025), we are opening a new chapter with IMPACT 2030, our CSR roadmap for the 2026–2030 period. This strategy builds on the progress achieved to date while addressing evolving regulations, market expectations, and emerging internal challenges.

To provide greater clarity and focus, IMPACT 2030 is structured around three pillars: Environment, Society, and Governance & Ethics.

Environment: Cutting Our Footprint Through Decarbonization and Eco-Design

This pillar aims to reduce the environmental impact of IDEMIA Public Security’s operations and value chain through decarbonization, eco-design, more sustainable solutions, and circular economy principles.

Our climate strategy has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), confirming that our ambitions align with scientific recommendations.

Building on initiatives launched in 2025, including ISO 14001 certification, carbon footprint assessment, and life cycle assessment tools, this roadmap guides efforts to reduce our environmental footprint and integrate sustainability considerations into our solutions.

Society: Supporting Employees and Communities Across Our Value Chain

This pillar places people at the heart of our strategy, supporting both our employees and the communities in which we operate.

For our teams, we foster an environment where everyone can thrive by strengthening engagement and diversity, ensuring well-being and transparency, and supporting skills development and career growth.

Our responsibility extends beyond our organization to our sites, local communities, and supply chain. We promote a safe workplace for all, support social, environmental, and educational initiatives through a network of on-site ambassadors, and strengthen responsible purchasing practices across our supplier network.

Governance & Ethics: Protecting Stakeholders Through Responsible AI and Cybersecurity

Given the nature of our activities in the identity and security sector, this pillar is fundamental to maintaining trust and accountability. Dedicated ethics, compliance, and security committees support this framework, helping ensure integrity and rigor across our operations, including anti-corruption, conflicts of interest, and competition law.

This pillar also covers the protection of our stakeholders’ assets across four key areas: data protection, cybersecurity, responsible AI, and digital accessibility, in line with European requirements.

EcoVadis: Silver and Gold Medals Assessing Our CSR Maturity

In 2025, we submitted our CSR approach to EcoVadis, a leading platform for assessing companies’ ESG performance.

To reflect the full scope of our operations, the assessment covered two entities: IDEMIA Identity & Security USA LLC and IDEMIA Public Security France SAS.

IDEMIA Identity & Security USA LLC scored 76/100, earning a Silver Medal and ranking among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.

IDEMIA Public Security France SAS scored 79/100, earning a Gold Medal and ranking among the top 5% of companies assessed by EcoVadis.

These results, measured across all sectors and countries, reflect the strength and maturity of our CSR strategy, particularly in the areas of ethics and responsible procurement.

SBTi: A Scientifically Validated Decarbonization Trajectory

We are committed to aligning our approach with the standards of the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), a leading international framework for assessing corporate greenhouse gas reduction trajectories.

We have established ambitious targets covering Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions, based on a robust methodology and aligned with climate science. These targets have been validated by the SBTi, reinforcing the credibility of our decarbonization strategy.

ISO Standards: Certifying Our Commitment to Quality and Safety

Following audits conducted by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), our sites are certified, demonstrating compliance with globally recognized requirements for quality, environment, information security, and health and safety.

ISO 14001 – Environment: 4 certified sites (including Noida, India, and Osny, France)
ISO 27001 – Information Security: 3 certified sites
ISO 37001 – Anti-Bribery: 5 certified entities
