Capturing the biometrics of people on the move

Border operations are under pressure. Long queues, staffing shortages, and complex regulations make it increasingly difficult to balance speed and security. Traditional methods struggle to keep up, leading to delays, congestion, and heightened security risks.
IDEMIA Public Security’s field-proven BORDERGUARD™ Lane is an Automated Border Control (ABC) gate designed to facilitate traveler flow while securing Entry/Exit movements, maximizing efficiency at air, land, and sea borders. Powered by IDEMIA Public Security’s AI and biometric technologies, this hardware system ensures accurate travel document authentication, seamless identity verification, and effective fraud detection. By connecting to a central border control system, it can perform eligibility checks and Entry/Exit authorization, allowing fast and reliable traveler processing.
